Fees for Debt Collection and Landlord-Tenant Matters
To provide greater transparency and help clients better anticipate legal costs, Quill Fox Legal offers flat-rate fee options for many debt collection and landlord-tenant matters. Flat-rate services are designed around specific legal tasks and include clearly defined deliverables so clients know the cost of the service before work begins.
Flat-rate fees apply only to qualifying debt collection and landlord-tenant services at this time. The scope of each flat-rate service will be explained in the engagement agreement before representation begins.
Family Law Matters
Family law services continue to be billed hourly. The current hourly rate is $150 per hour, calculated in 6-minute increments (or any portion thereof).
For family law invoices, a discounted hourly rate of $60 per hour (calculated in 6-minute increments or any portion thereof) is available for invoices paid in full within 21 days of invoice. The invoice date is the date the invoice is emailed to the client. Any unpaid balance remaining after 21 days will be billed at the standard hourly rate of $150 per hour (calculated in 6-minute increments or any portion thereof).
